Refund Policy

Digital journals

Because the digital journal and companion tools are delivered instantly after payment, digital purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded.

That said, we want you to be taken care of. If your file won’t download or open, email us and we’ll fix it or resend your link at no charge. If you were charged twice, or bought the wrong edition by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — including a refund of the duplicate or mistaken charge.

Printed journals

If your printed journal arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

For other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused journals in original condition can be returned for a refund of the purchase price; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. The digital edition included with a printed order follows the digital policy above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
