What we collect

When you buy a journal, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address, your payment details, and — for printed orders — your name and shipping address. We receive your email address, order details, and shipping address so we can fulfill your order. We never see or store your card number.

Browsing the site itself requires no account and no personal information. We don’t run advertising or tracking pixels. We count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers.

How we use it

Your information is used for exactly three things: delivering your download link, shipping your printed journal, and answering your support questions. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.

Who processes it

Payments are processed by Stripe, the site is hosted by Netlify (whose servers keep standard access logs), and order emails are delivered by our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about your order, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may keep what the law requires for tax and accounting records). Email us and we’ll take care of it.
